Do your prices include delivery?
All coffin prices include nation-wide 24 / 48 hour delivery, except for deliveries to Scotland & Cornwall which are 48 / 72 hours.

For same day deliveries, Saturday or bank holiday deliveries, there is an additional charge, please ask for details if required.
If a morning delivery is required, then it may incur an additional £25 charge.

Is there a minimum order value?
No, there is no minimum order value, but orders under £350 (excluding VAT) may incur a carriage charge.
Are your prices inclusive of VAT?
All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT.
I can’t find what I’m looking for on your website, does that mean you don’t do it?
We try to accommodate our customers so if there is something specific that you require but can’t find it on our website or in our brochure, please call us on +44 (0) 1298 813444 and we will try to help.
Can you supply the coffin lined and fitted?
Yes we can. When things are a little hectic for you, or you are short staffed, or if you simply want someone else to do this for you we can supply the coffin to you lined and fitted, again usually within 24 hours. When placing your order for your coffin with us, tell us what interior, handles, t-ends and closing screws etc you would like us to fit on the coffin. The only exception to this is the Imperial Casket which is supplied with handles and a white interior included in the price.
What is the charge for lining and fitting the coffin?
The charge to line and fit a coffin for you is £15 excluding VAT. This does not include the cost of the fittings used, nor the coffin, it is just to cover our labour costs. Please note there is no additional charge for the Imperial Casket.
What sizes are the coffins and caskets available in?
We have a range of coffin sizes, please contact us for details of the sizes of the coffins in which you are interested.
When will I receive my order?
We aim to dispatch all goods as soon as possible following receipt of your order (provided we have all the items in stock), but should your order be of a more urgent nature, please let us know and we will try our best to get the goods dispatched to you the same day (provided the order is received before midday).
How do I place an order?
We accept orders over the phone, by fax, post, email or via the order form on our website. Please let us know what you require, the delivery address, billing address, your order reference number and when you require the goods.
What are your payment terms?
Our payment terms are strictly 30 days from the date of our invoice to you for existing customers, for new customers we may request payment on a proforma invoice prior to dispatching your order.
How do I pay for my goods?
You can pay for your goods in a number of ways, including bank transfer, credit card, cheque or cash (if paying in person).
